**GL experience is a must!!**

Support Credit Manager

Daily cash drawer reconciliation

Process customer payments and deposits

Process trade references

Pull credit reports

Help resolve customer disputes

Customer Service

Set up new accounts

Month end procedures

Serve as backup for Accounts Payable

Assist Controller in daily and month end closing

Account reconciliations

Bank Statement Reconciliation

**Qualifications**

Experience in A/P, A/R collections, general accounting skills, commercial credit checks, customer service background, strong communication skills, creative thinking, attentional to detail, working knowledge of Microsoft, organized, able to multitask, positive attitude, good work ethic.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8-5.

**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
