Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
* Plan production with suppliers to keep inventory flowing smoothly across internal and Amazon FBA warehouses.
* Forecast demand, improve accuracy in forecasts, and optimize inventory KPIs.
* Coordinate shipments from manufacturing sites to warehouses and manage inventory replenishments via ERP & Amazon Seller Central.
* Tackle inbound inventory issues at Amazon FBA warehouses.
* Develop and analyze supply chain KPIs to enhance Amazon performance.
* Support product launches and promotions with marketing and product teams.
* Drive cost-saving initiatives by refining operational processes and implementing automations.
* Lead special Amazon operations projects, from launches to internal workflow enhancements.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
* Must-Haves:
* 4–6 years of experience in supply chain and inventory management.
* At least 2 years managing an Amazon business.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/IMS systems.
* Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
* Nice-to-Haves:
* CPG or start-up experience.
* Hands-on experience onboarding Amazon operations into ERP systems.
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
