About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Data Officer (CDO) to provide strategic leadership in the management of institutional research functions. The CDO will be responsible for a range of essential functions, including strategic planning, data governance, compliance reporting, and the development of research initiatives. Applicants for the CDO position at the company should have a Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline and a minimum of 4 years' experience in senior or executive leadership. A minimum of 5 years' in institutional research or a similar role in higher education is also required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent statistical and analytical skills, the ability to explain complex data to diverse audiences, and proficiency in relevant software and tools. The CDO must have a proven track record of managing complex projects, working effectively with diverse stakeholders, and promoting a culture of data-informed decision-making.
