Job Description
Contract Manager : Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree. Qualifications: Minimum of eight years
of Army Force Management (FM) experience. Minimum five years of experience with Government contracts to
include executive-level briefings, briefing of all team deliverables, demonstrate contract cost, schedule, and
performance metrics, present monthly billing highlights, and conduct meetings with the COR concerning contract
management topics. Must understand Army FM contract tasks and deliverables, and establish internal performance
metrics, and measure progress to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to the USAFMSA leadership. CM
must have business management, contract management, and customer relations skills, as well as force management
skills. CM must hold a security clearance at the TOP SECRET level.
The location for this position includes: Fort Belvoir, Fort Leavenworth, KS; Fort Gregg-Adams, VA.
