We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Contracts Manager in the non-profit industry based in Worcester, Massachusetts. The role involves overseeing contracts, working in close collaboration with the Budget department on contract renewals, and providing support to the department heads. The ideal candidate will be organized and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role can be performed in-office or through a hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee existing contracts to ensure they are in order

• Issue Purchase Orders (PO’s) as part of contract administration duties

• Collaborate closely with the Budget department on contract renewals to ensure financial feasibility

• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple contracts

• Leverage excellent written and verbal communication skills to relay contract-related information effectively

• Handle contract administration tasks efficiently and with a keen eye for detail

• Monitor contract timelines and initiate renewals or terminations as needed

• Ensure compliance with all contract terms and conditions

• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in contract execution.

• Proven experience in a Contracts Administrator/Manager role within the non-profit industry

• Proficiency in contract administration

• Demonstrated ability to manage contract renewals efficiently

• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within contract management

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred
