Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing, 10-year-old, digital marketing company. What you will be doing

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with internal and external marketing teams and be responsible for developing and executing online marketing campaigns and strategies that align with our clients’ goals to increase brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads or sales. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns including; SEO, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with teams to create and implement landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a digital marketer, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Experience developing or implementing SEO, PPC, email marketing, content creation/marketing, and link building campaigns.
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Merchant Center, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Experience working with various campaign types (Search, Display, PMax), and have knowledge of best practices pertaining to campaign structure, ad scores, bid strategies, etc.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Looker Studio, SEMrush, Klaviyo, Hootsuite, MailChimp, Hubspot or Marketo.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience managing website content on WordPress platform is a plus.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and developing engaging content to increase followers and engagement is preferred.
  • Experience implementing marketing automation campaigns to nurture leads and increase engagement.
