Reporting to the Regional Employee Relations Lead, the HR Manager is responsible for managing moderately complex Employee Relations (ER) cases independently and in collaboration with various stakeholders. This role involves conducting confidential investigations, providing guidance to management, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and contributing to a positive work environment. This would start as a REMOTE position . Pay : $47/hour
