We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Estate and Trust Manager to join our team in the Mortgage industry. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage and oversee the estate and trust operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administration of estates and trusts, providing tax advice, and planning wealth transfers. This is a permanent, hybrid position that allows for a balance of remote and in-office work.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the administration of estates and trusts, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
2. Provide expert advice on estate and trust taxation, helping clients to minimize their tax liabilities and maximize their wealth.
3. Develop and implement comprehensive wealth transfer plans, ensuring the efficient and effective transfer of assets to beneficiaries.
4. Provide tax advice to clients, helping them to understand the tax implications of their estate and trust plans.
5. Develop and implement philanthropic planning strategies, helping clients to achieve their charitable giving goals.
6. Deliver exceptional client service, building strong relationships with clients and providing them with the support and guidance they need.
7. Manage and lead a team of estate and trust professionals, providing them with the direction and support they need to succeed.
8. Stay up-to-date with changes in estate and trust laws and regulations, ensuring the organization remains compliant at all times.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required. A Law degree is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate and trust management, preferably in the Mortgage industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of estate and trust laws and regulations.
4. Experience in estate taxation and wealth transfer planning.
5. Experience in providing tax advice to clients.
6. Experience in philanthropic planning.
7. Excellent client service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
8. Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex estate and trust concepts in a clear and understandable way.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on thorough analysis.
