This is a full-time, DIRECT HIRE position for a LEAD Occupational Therapist.

PediaStaff is seeking a lead pediatric Occupational Therapist for a pediatric outpatient clinic in Winchester, Virginia. Located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, Winchester-Frederick County is home to the City of Winchester and the Towns of Stephens City and Middletown. Tell Me More:
* Serve a caseload of children and their families with a wide range of disabilities and disorders.
* Desired knowledge/experience working with the following diagnoses: autism, down syndrome, ADHD, sensory processing disorder
* Supervision of OTs, COTAs, and students as the team lead OT
* Communicate patient progress with supervisor and parents weekly
* Attend team meetings
* Lead OT Meetings
* Attend team community-based projects/ activities
* Assess new patients with Beery VMI, PDMS, BOT-2, SPM, Sensory Profile
* Prefer employee has familiarity with the Zones of Regulation/experience with emotional regulation interventions, feeding experience, sensory integration/behavior
* Join a multidisciplinary team with a strong family atmosphere

Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. VA/WV state license for Occupational Therapy (or willing to obtain). At least three to five years of experience in a pediatric setting.
