Role Overview:

The Operations Finance Analyst will support business operations by providing financial analysis related to government contract forecasts and planning. This individual will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting contract task orders, processing sub-contractor invoices, and supporting procurement requests to meet government requirements. Candidates must be comfortable working independently in a newly established environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial cost analysis and reporting to support business operations.
• Review and process sub-contractor invoices, ensuring compliance with forecasted costs.
• Analyze and interpret government requirements and specifications for contract planning.
• Prepare monthly accrual reports, task order financial performance reports, and forecasts.
• Serve as the point of contact for sub-contractor forecasts and associated costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business, finance, or accounting.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is desired.
• Experience with cost and schedule control principles and cost accounting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
