Job Description : Our client has an immediate opening for a PMO Project Manager based REMOTE. In this position you will partner with their emerging life science's IT organization and the PMO Strategy Consultant to define the future state of their PMO and help launch it. You will collaborate with various stakeholders including business leaders, leadership and strategic vendor partners. You will define the playbook, metrics and plan to develop the organizations PMO capabilities, reporting, training, tools and processes.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Assist in the initial launch setting the client and the Sr PM to optimally manage the PMO

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
This individual needs to understand how to quickly understand the current state and define a future state for the PMO that reflects the organization's needs, culture and ability to consume change. It will be essential for the individual to work cross-functionally with the PMO Strategy Consultant so the s/he can optimally launch and operate the PMO. You must have the ability to effectively communicate across various stakeholder groups.

PMO Management 3-7 years
PMO Development experience 3-7 years

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
