Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer (Full-Time) to serve and safeguard clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Weekly Pay!

Pay Rate: $24.74 an hour

Minimum Requirements:

• 8+ Years of verifiable Law Enforcement or Military experience in order to carry a weapon for this site
• 2+ Years of verifiable private armed security experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age to carry a weapon.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable work experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• Able to:
  
  
  • Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
  • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
  • Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
