We’re partnering with a pioneering early-stage startup developing a groundbreaking decentralized protocol infrastructure for healthcare applications. Their mission is to transform trust in science and healthcare by connecting key players in the ecosystem, including hospitals, biobanks, and pharmaceutical companies, to fully unlock the value of donated biological samples. By integrating blockchain technology with cutting-edge biomedical research solutions, they’re enabling patient-centric outcomes and innovative advancements in the healthcare sector.

THE ROLE – SENIOR FULL STACK ENGINEER

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will take on a crucial role in designing and implementing secure, scalable solutions across the full technology stack. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining full stack applications leveraging blockchain technology, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
• Creating backend APIs using Node.js and integrating blockchain technologies and smart contracts.
• Building modern frontend interfaces using frameworks like Next.js.
• Designing and optimizing DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure deployment.
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and data scientists to deliver innovative solutions.
• Deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Monitoring and addressing application performance and security challenges.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior or Staff Full Stack Engineer with expertise in blockchain and DevOps.
• Proficiency in backend languages such as Node.js or Go.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks like Next.js.
• Familiarity with blockchain platforms and smart contract development (e.g., Ethereum, Solidity).
• Skilled in implementing DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and automation (Terraform, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
• Expertise in database systems such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, agile development methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in early-stage startups or healthcare-related industries is highly preferred.

BENEFITS

This role offers a competitive base salary of $160,000-$190,000, along with significant equity participation.
