Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Website and Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and user-friendly website designs and graphic designs that align with our clients' brand identity. This role focuses on the creative aspects of website design, without requiring technical development skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization: Develop innovative design concepts based on client briefs and brand guidelines.
• Visual Design: Create visually stunning layouts, color palettes, and typography for websites.
• User Experience (UX) Focus: Design websites with a strong emphasis on user-friendliness and navigation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging.
• Design Tools: Utilize design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch) to create mockups and prototypes.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Understanding of basic website structure and user experience principles.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus, but not required.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $20.00 - $30.00/hour.
